WHERE CAN I PURCHASE MAMMA PRODUCTS?

Currently we sell our products online via our website. However, this may change in the future as we are evaluating a number of retailers.

DO I NEED TO BUY ANY ADDITIONAL PARTS OR ACCESSORIES?

No, the MAMMA pump is delivered with everything you need to get started! Including 2 x bottles, 2 x lids for storage, 1 x teat, 2 x valves, 3 x membranes and 2 x breast shield covers.

No need to buy additional accessories or parts, unless you lose them, or wish to have extra bottles handy for storing expressed milk.

WHAT BOTTLES FIT?

Our bottles are compatible with the main narrow neck bottle brands in Australia, meaning you can easily attach your own bottle to the pump, or attach your own teats to our bottles for feeding.

If your bub ends up preferring wide neck bottle brands you can easily transfer the milk from our bottles to them, or simply attach it with a a milk bottle adapter.

IS THE PUMP EASY TO CLEAN?

The MAMMA pump has a closed system design, which ensures that no milk can enter the tubing. This makes the pump easy to clean and hygienic.

IS THE PUMP BATTERY OPERATED?

We do not offer a portable battery function quite as yet, due to the fact that there is currently no strong enough power bank offered in the market that actually meets the same (or even close to the same) suction performance of when using the pump plugged in. Many battery operated pumps currently available compromise with suction strength (meaning you end up pumping for a longer time) and/or require you to change the batteries frequently.

We are in the process of doing extensive research & trialing a number of power banks to develop one that will meet our high quality standards as it is important to us to accommodate active mums on the go. We will also get in touch with all of our existing customers to get this option added to their existing pump if they wish, meaning there won't be a new version of the pump required.

DOES IT MEET ALL AUSTRALIAN HEALTH & SAFETY STANDARDS?

Yes, the MAMMA pump has been certified to all Australian health, safety and standard regulations. All parts are of course BPA free.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

Currently we ship to Australia, New Zealand and the Scandinavian countries (Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland).

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We dispatch all products within 24 hours of receiving the order. The delivery times will depend on your location within Australia.

The following can be used as a guideline for delivery times:

  • Standard delivery: 3-6 business days
  • Express delivery: 1-3 business days

The products are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney.

CAN I ORDER EXPRESS DELIVERY?

Yes, you are able to order express delivery.


Returns

CAN I RETURN MY MAMMA PUMP?

Due to the pump being a hygiene product, we will not accept any returns if the box is opened, unless the product is faulty.

If the box is unopened, we will accept returns within 21 days of purchase. Contact us for more information.

CAN I RETURN MY MAMMA PUMP BRA?

As with the pump, due to the pump bra being a hygiene product, we will not accept any returns if the box is opened, unless the product is faulty.

If the package is unopened, we will accept returns within 21 days of purchase. Contact us for more information.


Warranty

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?

The warranty policy for the MAMMA pump is 12 months from the date of purchase.
